Playmats and Pins are in!

Alrighty, just a quick update for you today, but with some important news!

The Playmats took a while to leave the loading dock from Ultra Pro (for reasons that seem to be above my pay grade), but they have finally arrived to the warehouse where we will be coordinating fulfilment from! The pins have also arrived.

I will be coordinating with Mythic to work out a schedule, and will bring you an update on that as soon as I am able, but I expect it will be soon.

Animation Cel production delay.

The Animation Cel prints are being worked on as we speak, and should also be shipping soon. There was a delay in production of these items that is entirely my fault, as I didn't get the assets to the printer in a timely manner. There were other factors that contributed to it, but it's ultimately do to me mismanaging my schedule. I apologize for the inconvenience. I should have an update on a delivery schedule for these early next week.

New Year Updates!

Alright, everyone! Thanks for your patience on the updates. I've been putting off making a post until I had something more concrete to share with you than just,"I've been waiting to hear back from the manufacturers."

I am happy to announce that the playmats and pins are both ready to ship to the Mythic Gaming warehouse next week! Now that that piece is finally falling into place, we'll be able to start moving forward with logistics to get things into your hands very soon.

Prints and metal prints should be ready for shipping shortly, and I will pass that information on to you as soon as I have more details.

Orders have been placed!

Hello, all! Just a quick update for you today.

TL/DR Products have been ordered, updated shipping dates coming soon.

We've had some delays getting orders put together, mostly because this is a product that is limited edition, and we've still got 12% of surveys not filled out. I want to respect the *limited* aspect of this project as best as I can, but I don't want to hold things up any more than is necessary. So, I've decided to order an amount of playmats that overshoots our projections enough to cover any losses or damages in shipping, but with enough wiggle room to cover the outstanding surveys.

That said, the pins are in production, and Ultra Pro is putting the order through their system.  I will drop another update as soon as I have target receiving dates for both of those! The metal prints and cel-prints are in the pipeline as well, but should have a quicker turnaround time than the mats and pins.

I think that should about cover everything for now. Please let me know if you have any questions!

85% of Backerkit surveys are in! 15% to go!

Just a quick update to let folks know that we've pushed the lock date for backerkit surveys back by a week, to 10/17. That's the day of the final order and shipping addresses are locked, and we move forward to placing orders with our suppliers. So, if you haven't filled out your reward survey, please check your inbox for reminders from Backerkit.

Backer Kit Surveys!

Hello all! Thanks for your patience as we've been working behind the scenes getting things ready. The fulfillment team is wrapping up the Backer-Kit surveys, and they should be going out today or tomorrow. Filling out the surveys will allow you to make your selections for the various Playmats, Prints, and Pins for your rewards, as well as any add-ons you're interested in. The surveys will be open until October 7th, after which point we will use all of the info collected to place orders with the various manufacturers to fill the orders.

Once the orders are in, it should take about 8 weeks to get all of the playmats completed and delivered to us (the pins and prints should be much quicker than that). The team at Mythic tells me they expect to get orders out the door very quickly and to the addresses provided by you in the survey.

I'll let you all know when the pins, prints, and playmats begin to arrive. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime!
